RHETORIC SYMBOLS AS THE KEY IN ORGANIZING IDEAS OF NARRATIVE TEXTS FOUND IN DR. SEUSS CHILDREN BOOKS

The aim of this research was to describe how the rhetoric symbols were reinforced organize Ideas Narrative Texts found in Dr. Seuss Children Books. He had written children books more than 60 childrens including several most popular narrative all time coming from America. This study descriptive Qualitative by using textual analysis. sources data form Horton Hatches Egg, Thidwick-the Big Hearted Moose, Kings Stilts, and Bartholomew Oobleck while kinds information referring focus research. They analyzed synchronically diachronically process result showed that synergized other such as animals, natures, objects which wrapped concept id, ego, superego through generic structure texts involving orientation, complication, evaluation, resolution, coda. Its hoped it could give contribution creative writing especially narrative.
